A quick Romp

Hello all, good evening and well being.

Today was an enjoyable venture and romp through "Modern Day Rome" aka New York City. The diversity, pace, culture and international flavors continue to amaze me. I am impressed and welcome by the city's urban environment. Yet, also find peace in the parks, and also the West side Highway.

For example, today I enjoyed a healthy salad at Whole Foods in Columbus Circle, next sat on the rocks in Central Park, and listened to foreign girls discuss the news in Northern Europe. This was followed by a brief skip down 5th Avenue, to a favorite, H&M. The model advertisements, variety, price, music, clientele and all make it one of my favorite retail experiences.

Tonight plan to have relaxing evening and enjoy the apt and break from the action.

Liberal and Open Minded to me almost seem to be pseudonyms. I would guess it could be possible to be conservative and open minded, just in my eyes those two ideals seem to be juxtaposed. What in my upbringing and brain, elicits this open minded worldly outlook, and positive, friendly mindset??? How do we get there? Open Mindful with Transportation?

There are a number of ways, we as fellow humans transport ourselves from one destination to the other. Whether you are going somewhere for a work commute, visiting a friend's place, traveling, or exploring our world, there are a multitude of ways to get there. Let's discuss! Which method of movement is the most economical? efficient? Which mode of transportation is the coolest? the Healthiest? Some obvious transportation examples that come to mind include using a regular car, walking, train, bicycle, subway, plane, moped, motorcycle, cab, bus, boat, pedicab, limousine, hybrid car, the segway, and more I'm sure. Feel free to add on. What is your favorite or preferred method? Recently I asked a client if she minded the windy drive to a particular neighborhood. MORALS.... Who is to Judge your Actions?

As we've discussed recently, each person is individually, physically and intellectually unique. What are your personal MORALS? Do you even have them? Should we, are they necessary? Let's not confuse morals with simply following the LAW. It is understood that the USA is a wonderful, prosperous splendid country with a plethora of freedoms. Of course, we are asked and try our best to faithfully follow our country's law and rules. But what about MORALS? Are you OPEN MINDFUL to morality? Whom is to judge what is right and wrong? Personally I would say just follow the Golden Rule. Simply treat others as you would like to be treated, with respect and kindness. Does having morals induce a better life? Often times, the BEST MOMENTS in my life, have occurred while having fun, living life with NO SHAME, and not upholding to a moral compass.
